I made this mosaic while recovering from knee replacement surgery.  Each piece was glued down individually, which meant making a commitment.  No changing your mind about placement or color later!  The base is a recycled microwave plate.

When the light shines through, the leaves absolutely glow!  The cheerful colors will brighten up the room.
